About Our College
K.R.M.D.A.V. College, Nakodar established in 1970 is a unique seat of the learning situated in the heart of the Doaba region. It has completed 50 years of the dedicated service to the cause of education in this part of the region. It is a premier educational institution of the North India and has a reputation of excellence in academics, sports and co-curricular activities. It can legitimately take pride in having produced young men and the women who presently helm many important positions. The college was started in a very small building in 1970 with the Shri R. S. Sharma as its founder Principal.

Scholorships
A number of concessions are given to the students by the college on the basis of the meritorious performance.Some of our scholorships like Sh. H.C. Bhalla and Sh. R.C. Bhatia Memorial Cash Prize, Mrs. Sushila Devi Memorial Scholorship of Rs:5100.
House Examination
In order to assess the progress of the studentss two Terminal Examination will be held in the month of September and March.The date sheet of the examination will be notified to the students well in time.All students are required to appear in the college Examination
University Examination
Eligibility Criterion for University Examination are 75% attendance, 25% marks in house test In Migration cases, it is the solo responsibility to fullfill the eligibility criterion of the University till the case is cleared by the University.
